Andrea Garcia is a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where she is actively involved on campus as a tour guide and grant coordinator. She is currently interning at Bauman Associates Ltd to gain hands-on experience in the field. Andrea enjoys connecting with others, both through her campus roles and her professional development. She is driven, detail-oriented, and committed to building a successful career in accounting.

Bethlehem Beyene is a first-generation Ethiopian American majoring in Marketing with a minor in Economics and Sociology. She is passionate about the field for its versatility, blending creative expression with analytical thinking to drive impact across industries. Bethlehem values the opportunity to connect and network with C-suite professionals, especially as a person of color navigating spaces where resources and access are often unequally distributed. She's hopeful that by showing up authentically and building meaningful relationships, she can pay it forward.

Kiarra Johnson, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, where I will graduate in May 2026. I maintain a 4.0 GPA and was named to the Spring 2025 Dean’s List, while earning over a dozen HubSpot certifications in digital marketing, SEO, inbound sales, and analytics. I have been offered the opportunity by the Communications Department to return as a college professor while completing my Master’s in Communication beginning in 2026. Outside of academics, I enjoy formulating wellness teas, exploring data-driven marketing strategies, and studying global economic trends.
